A few things to remember:
- Please arrive between 9:15-9:30 am or as close as possible to that time frame. If something has happened and your arrival time has shifted later please keep us informed by calling (336) 333-6835. Early than 9:15 am and the Museum's Staff will not be available to let the students in since we are preparing for the Field Trip.
- Make sure your student groups are organized, remember the entire group (not each class) visiting should be in 6 even groups with at least 1 chaperone per group (minimum of 6 chaperones).
- We ask, particularly for Greensboro Dollar's and Changing Times and Welcome to the Gate City, that the maximum number of parent chaperones is 2 per group (total of 12). However, we fully understand that some students need extra teacher supervision and may need more chaperones.
- If your group is continuing on to LeBaur Park, the Central Library, or The Cultural Art Center for lunch, please let the museum's staff know. We will help chaperone your students to the lunch site afterward.
- We highly encourage nametags. They help our docents and staff engage with your fantastic students better.
