Thank you for stopping by! My name is Deisy Tellez and I teach Spanish at ABS. Having already met most students and parents, as well as learning the school's culture, I predict that 2022-23 will be a great year!
To all my students, I would like to encourage them to see themselves as global citizens. Our task as global citizens is to acquire skills to help us be competent in this world, and one of those skills is learning languages. The purpose of my class is not to earn a grade, but to acquire a skill that will help us become culturally aware and globally competent. Therefore, I hope all my students take my class seriously, and work hard throughout the year!!! Bienvenidos!
